We are now seeking a talented Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of the hotel, ensuring our high standards are consistently met across every department.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations across all outlets and departments, including Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Weddings & Events, Leisure, and Maintenance. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both operational focus and strategic oversight, ensuring service excellence, guest satisfaction, and optimal financial performance.
You will work closely with department heads, the General Manager, and the senior leadership team to deliver operational efficiency, uphold our brand standards, and support Crover House’s ongoing growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
  • Support Department Managers to deliver consistent service standards in line with Crover House SOPs.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless guest journeys from check-in to departure.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and address areas requiring improvement.
