OPERATIONS MANAGER
CYFOR Technologies, a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking an Operations Manager with experience in the Federal Contracting environment and having a solid program management background. This position will support multiple operational areas to include contracts management, program management, corporate finances, human resources and other essential areas to ensure the smooth operations of a growing small business in San Antonio, Texas.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
· 10 to 15 years related senior contracts and/or program management experience.
· Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with DCAA/DCMA.
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
· Technical excellence, integrity, and a self-starter with an abundance of initiative.
· Ability to work effectively across multiple government agencies, prime and subcontracting companies, in a collaborative work environment.
· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel).
Required Education:BS degree from an accredited university, required, preferably in a Science/Engineering field. An MS or MBA, preferred, or PMP certification, in lieu of.
Required:Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a minimum of a Public Trust clearance equivalent, a Secret or above is preferred.
Salary:Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as relevant contract-specific affordability and corporate organizational requirements.

· The successful execution and management of all government contracts to include customer stakeholder satisfaction as well as working closely with our local and remote team Site and Team Leads.
· Monitoring and maintaining an understanding of each program and their individual technical requirements as well as contributing to new business proposal development efforts and pricing.
· Manage Human Resources functions, to include Policies and Procedures, the Recruiting and Discipline Process, corporate Insurance and Benefits programs. Provide mentorship and oversight to our program management staff with regards to employee issues such as performance and basic company organizational requirements.
· Oversee company Accounting functions and maintain close financial oversight of all revenue streams to ensure targets are met. Support financial and operating program management reviews, as required.
· Oversee our IT assets/infrastructure per Federal/CMMC requirements, as required.
· Manage the Facility Security Clearance process and Personnel Security requirements for the execution of government contracts, as required.
