We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations across our bakeshop branches in Mindanao. This role ensures smooth operations, superior product quality, and excellent customer service while driving profitability and operational excellence.
Basic Functions:
Plan: Develop strategic plans for operational growth, staff schedules, and inventory management.
Organize: Oversee daily store operations, ensure optimal inventory levels, and coordinate resources effectively.
Lead: Recruit, train, and supervise store teams; foster collaboration and resolve workplace concerns.
Control: Monitor compliance with SOPs, budgets, health, and safety standards; perform regular audits and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train, and manage store teams.
2. Oversee daily operations, inventory, and financial performance.
3. Implement SOPs, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
2. At least 5 years of managerial experience in food & beverage or retail operations (bread/pastry experience preferred).
3. Strong leadership, financial management, and operational skills.
4. Knowledge of ERP systems, labor laws, and regulatory standards.
