About you: As Operations Manager we are looking for someone who: Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility). Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be accountable for leading and operating a successful club, ensuring members receive an excellent experience daily, seven days a week. This includes regularly acting as Duty Manager and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations while maximizing member satisfaction.
