  Are you a logistics professional with experience in bulk transport, looking to apply your expertise in a key operational role? Then we are looking for you!
  As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of our dry bulk operations. You will directly lead two Team Leaders and a team of Supply Chain Engineers. Together, you ensure the effective and efficient execution of our logistics processes. You drive team performance by actively supporting their development, while motivating, coaching, and inspiring them.
  You are constantly working to optimize processes, improve planning, and increase operational quality based on defined KPIs. You communicate daily with internal departments and are capable of making quick decisions when needed. You monitor operational progress, make adjustments where necessary, and ensure we deliver on our promises to customers. In this role, you report to the Operations Director of the Dry Bulk Division.
