We design and manufacture our own products, which allows the company to maintain full control over quality and innovation. With a global presence, we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco and Japan, and distributes its products to over 70 countries. We are currently looking for a Operations Manager to join our team in DOGA Mexico and lead the manufacturing operations at our plant. ESSENTIAL TASKS Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Lead and develop production teams, including supervisors and operators,. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards across all plant operations. Monitor operational KPIs across all plant functions and implement corrective and improvement actions when necessary. Drive Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste. Oversee all plant support functions including maintenance, facilities, logistics, and HSE to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Manage and develop local supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost competitiveness, and delivery performance. Oversee intercompany supply flows, coordinating with sister plants and corporate procurement to ensure continuity and alignment with production schedules. Monitor and improve end-to-end supply chain performance, including lead times, inventory levels, and supplier reliability, while identifying and mitigating supply risks. Lead operational planning processes including budgeting, headcount, and capital expenditure proposals. Support new product launches, process improvements, and strategic projects such as capacity expansions and cost-out programs. PROFILE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry. 3+ years of experience managing production teams. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience working with automotive quality standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Spanish (fluent) and English (professional level).
