We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Asphalt and Spray Seal teams across Northern Territory. Based out of Tivendale, the successful candidate will be responsible for the continued growth and performance of all the asphalt and spray seal teams to ensure works are delivered in a safe and timely manner and to an acceptable level of quality. ABOUT YOU A sound understanding in delivering complex asphalt and spray seal operations in both metro and regional locations. Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Business Management or related discipline ideal. A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients, stakeholders and developing new business opportunities. Exposure to leading teams and driving accountability to achieve business outcomes including safety, quality and productivity. Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare and monitor operational forecasts and budgets. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and liaise with people at all levels, both internal and external, to maintain positive working relationships.
