Description

We are looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations in our mattress manufacturing warehouse. This role is central to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while driving performance through strong process management, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations management.
  • Proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Experience working with KPIs, inventory systems, and process improvement tools (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and warehouse/ERP software.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, or related field preferred.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in mattress or furniture manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl, SAP).
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

    Pay: $80,000.00-$104,099.52 per year
