LEAD SERVICE OPERATIONS FOR ONE OF THE UK’S FASTEST-GROWING HOT TUB RETAILERS!

Dreamspas is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of our busy Cwmbran service hub. You’ll oversee everything from engineers and installs to warehouse control, stock, complaints handling, and aftercare.
We’re looking for someone with proven leadership, strong operational skills, and at least 5 years’ experience in the hot tub or wider leisure industry.

• Oversee daily service, installation, and warehouse operations
• Manage engineers and warehouse staff to ensure productivity and quality
• Lead scheduling, job planning, van maintenance, and weekly reporting
• Own the complaints process, ensuring swift, professional resolutions
• Be hands-on with complex installations, especially swim spas
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, stock control, and health & safety compliance
• Support engineers with job prep and ensure vans are clean and equipped
• Drive performance against KPIs and monthly revenue targets
• Promote service plans and upsell opportunities (tracked monthly)
