Immediate career opportunity for an operations professional with a toolbox who can lead a team and operation to higher performance standards in all critical areas, particularly profitability and daily operational performance metrics.
· 3PL contract logistics/warehousing experience needed – Experience with manufacturing support distribution is needed!
* Multi-Client/contract logistics warehousing experience needed– even better if manufacturing client experience!

· Able to drive positive change and KPI achievement in a fast paced and challenging environment and owning the responsibility to deliver expected results in Safety, Quality, Inventory Control, and other key operational areas, particularly those that support non-traditional warehousing activities (production/manufacturing)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee rarely is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. The pay for this role ranges from $140,000-160,000 yearly plus eligibility in the DSV bonus plan . It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
