Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership to Area Managers, Enrolments, and Research teams, driving operational excellence and innovation.
  • Oversee financial performance across services, with a focus on strategic budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, staff wellbeing, and service quality, all while championing diversity and inclusion.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance enrolments, streamline processes, and elevate the overall customer experience.
