Salary: Circa £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

• Oversee the operations of multiple domiciliary and extra care branches across Kent, ensuring regulatory compliance and outstanding service delivery.
• Lead, develop, and support branch managers, driving continuous improvement and best practices.
• Monitor performance, financial targets, and business growth, ensuring sustainable and high-quality care provision.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, CQC, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance service user experience and operational efficiency.
