POSITION OVERVIEW

Environmental 360 Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager to support our Williams Lakes & 100 Mile House Operations! The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities within an organization. The Operations Manager collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth business operations, improve processes, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in operations management, general/branch manager or a related role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools.
