OPERATION MANAGER

Hands on position managing 1 operations engineer.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily operations and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and IT services. The Ops manager is responsible for implementing the technical goals, the vision and the design for each solution to be consistent with the goals of the business.
The Ops Manager guides and mentors the technical staff, making decisions and removing technical blockers. The Ops Manager will be working within technical projects side-by-side with other talented and experienced team members. With many years of experience delivering high quality IT services, this role will offer the opportunity to enhance our products and make use of the latest technological improvements.
