We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead high-impact initiatives and oversee our global logistics and supply chain function.

About the Role
In this cross-functional role, you’ll be central to delivering operational excellence—breaking down silos, leveraging automation and AI, and managing key vendor relationships. Your strategic insight, data-driven mindset, and passion for performance will help scale operations to match our ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global logistics and supply chain strategy
  • Drive business-wide operational efficiencies using data and automation
  • Manage and track operational KPIs and cost performance against P&L targets
  • Partner with finance to manage cash flow and budgeting for stock
  • Lead and influence strategic business transformation projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in operations or business performance roles
  • Track record of managing vendor/partner relationships across regions
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerBI tools)
  • Confident project leader with an ability to influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with automation and AI in operations is a bonus
