Description

Key Responsibilities:Process and reconcile forex trades and payments accurately and timely.
Ensure settlements are executed efficiently with counterparties, liquidity providers, and banks.
Monitor trade discrepancies, unmatched transactions, and settlement failures, resolving issues proactively.
Coordinate with internal teams (trading, finance, risk) and external counterparties to ensure smooth transactions.
Handle daily funding, currency conversions, and payment instructions to ensure adequate liquidity.
Verify transaction details, swift messages, and payment confirmations to prevent errors.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ledger reviews to ensure financial accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of settlement reports and regulatory documentation.
Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and forex regulations.
Support audits and internal controls related to settlements and risk management.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in forex settlements, payment operations, or treasury.
Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5, SWIFT payments, wire transfers, and forex instruments.
Familiarity with banking processes, reconciliation tools, and CRM systems.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 5-day work schedule.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
