We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the EU region’s daily activities and operational functions. This leadership role ensures efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams and drive operational excellence. This role also serves as the primary accountability partner for promoting communications and inclusion of all branch offices across the world-wide organization on behalf of business units and back office units.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role preferably in Operational functions.
  • Experience in the gaming industry preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms).
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the business line leaders to set and achieve business goals.
  • Lead the optimization of processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
  • Help manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for operational departments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor, support, and develop managers and staff.
  • Build a high-performing team culture, emphasizing collaboration and accountability.
  • Support talent acquisition, retention, and professional development initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other Business Units to support organizational objectives.
  • Support corporate back office functions such as HR, Talent, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.
  • Drive alignment between operational functions and business strategies.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
