SUMMARY
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our team at Everyday People in Nottingham. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all business operations, as well as managing our Front of House (FOH) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service that aligns with our mission of exceptional dining experiences. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our standards front of house, back of house, and fostering a positive environment for customers and employees.
PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT REQUIRED, OR OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT WITHIN A SIMILAR HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY IS ESSENTIAL.
