Job Description Manage direct reports to include task scheduling, performance evaluations,mentoring, training, and employee development, recommending and executing on personnel actions. Provide timelines and complete feasibility studies for key stakeholders. Partner with Director on strategic planning for operational goals and objectivesincluding organizational structure. Serve as lead for all internal/external client communication. Maintain links with strategic clients to determine suitable direction of current analytics/methodologies/deliverables. Manage and own process for identification of opportunities for process improvements related to quality and efficiency, supervise direct reports and cross-functional teams during the design and execution of these initiatives.
