• Managing full spectrum of Shipping Arrangement (Air, Sea and Land).
• Processing of customer orders such as Import, Export, Cross trade, Transshipment.
• Cascade instructions with all related documents to all the relevant party and handle shipping documents such as BL, Pre-alert and Permit.
• Liaise on the shipments with Customer Service Manager as well as the Projects and Yacht Logistics in charge.
• Verifying of vendors/ carriers/ co-loaders invoice.
• Prepare and Issuance of customer’s invoices and/ or co-loaders/ agents debit/ credit notes as required.
• Closing of the shipment.
• Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.
• Attend to impromptu sales request and customers’ needs.
• Backup support for colleagues who require assistance or when on leave/ medical leave.
• All other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as and when assign.
