JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations in HVAC, MEP, chiller supply and installation, and maintenance services across various sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and public sector projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and adherence to industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an electromechanical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and operational processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, focusing on HVAC, MEP, chiller supply and installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance across diverse sectors.
  • Oversee operational activities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing and resolving any complaints or issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Manage department budgets, optimizing resource allocation, manpower, and equipment usage.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, procurement, and project management, to achieve seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the timely procurement of materials and components in collaboration with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
