Directs and coordinates hotel activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize full potential with a balanced focus on hotel’s missing, guests, employees, and owner’s satisfaction. Provides training and oversight to all staff and department heads. Act as the hotel’s representative to promote the property within the hotel industry, local community, and trade associations. Assist in evaluations and wage scale surveys following the company guidelines. Monitor maintenance program for furniture, furnishings, and equipment conditions and provide status reports to the General Manager. Audits par stock in all areas to make sure that all required hotel supplies are ordered and stocked in advance of need. Ensure hotel staff is provided with uniforms and name tags and upholds company and brand grooming standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hotel experience required. A college degree, diploma in hotel management, or a related field preferred. Experience in finance, personnel supervision and problem resolution is strongly desired. Excellent computer and communication skills required.
