Responsibilities Lead the Commercial Operations team in strategising and implementing initiatives to enhance and preserve the asset value of assets in the cluster Implement appropriate programs to ensure: uninterrupted operations of all essential services such as utilities, air conditioning, fire protection & security staff are fully trained and conversant in the maintenance and operations of fire and life safety systems all service and preventive maintenance programs are carried out regularly and effectively staff attends to service calls and work orders promptly and effectively Prepare annual review of the Asset Plan and implement for each asset in the portfolio Administer leases entered into with all tenants, handing over and taking possession of leased units, liaise and manage the respective tenants renovation process and tenant relationship management Prepare annual Operational and Capital Expenditure (‘Capex’) budget and regular forecast including management reporting and competitor analysis   Requirements Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business Minimum 6 years' experience in property and/or tenant management Good communication and interpersonal skills Resourceful, energetic and passionate to drive initiatives
