Description
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, managing cross-functional teams, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistent service delivery in line with the company’s goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.) to align operational strategies.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff as needed.
  • Handle vendor relationships and supply chain logistics.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in an operations management or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management software
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
