Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the company to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance with UAE health regulations, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate claims processing, provider network management, customer service, and administrative functions.

  • Oversee and manage daily operations including claims adjudication, member services, provider network management, and policy administration. * Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory bodies such as DHA, DOH, and MOH. * Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. * Manage and lead operational teams, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluation. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. * Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and clients to resolve operational issues and improve collaboration. * Oversee system upgrades and integration to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities. * Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. * Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy across all operational processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. * Minimum 10 years of experience in health insurance operations, preferably within the UAE. * Strong knowledge of UAE health insurance regulations and TPA processes. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in claims management systems and MS Office tools.
