Teleperformance is recruiting an Operations Manager for Microsoft!
Are you someone who isn’t afraid to dive in and tackle challenges head-on? In this role, you will need strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations, and leading cross-functional teams to meet project milestones within deadlines. You should be resilient and eager to be a strong contributor to the team.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a team of Supervisors, work on their development and provide them with training and support;
  • Analyze and report main results and KPIs to the CCM and to the client;
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities of improvement;
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the standard processes and procedures;
  • Act with initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results;
  • Provide the team a clear sense of direction, ensuring the knowledge of each team member in order to develop the feeling of “Care” to achieve excellent results in motivation, inspiration, attendance and engagement;
  • Measure and improve the productivity of the team;
  • Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovations methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions);
  • Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP – Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc.;
  • Communicate to the leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediately;
  • May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.

What you’ll need

  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in English (min. C1);
  • High communication skills;
  • Experience in operations management;
  • Enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise, and a spark;
  • High focus in consulting strategies to help clients maximize their spends;
  • And a bucket full of motivation!
