JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the Treatment Center & Suboxone Clinic, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness in clinic operations. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing operations within behavioral health or addiction treatment settings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Substance use disorders:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Behavioral health:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Operations in a SUD/MH facility:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years managing operations in healthcare settings, specifically in medication-assisted treatment or behavioral health.
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare compliance and regulations specific to MAT programs.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, administrative processes, and teams.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare billing practices.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, medication management coordination, facility oversight, and staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations related to medication-assisted treatment.
  • Manage administrative tasks including billing, insurance verification, patient documentation, and prescription management.
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to align operational activities with treatment objectives.
  • Monitor clinic budgets and financial performance, identifying and implementing cost-effective improvements.
  • Develop and maintain effective operational processes to enhance patient experience and care quality.
