Description The Operations Manager oversees district operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong financial performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role works closely with Operations, Sales, BO&D, and QHSE teams and reports to the District Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage service and production personnel (hiring, scheduling, performance, discipline) Oversee field and facility operations, inventory, and equipment readiness Review and approve payroll, invoices, and operational documentation Monitor and control operational expenses Support capital expenditure planning and operational improvements Ensure compliance with QMS and HSE programs and maintain a safe work environment Lead safety initiatives, including pre-job meetings and Stop Work Authority Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of operations experience (oil & gas service preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure Working knowledge of field, mechanical, and administrative operations High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to work in both office and field environments, including standing, walking, lifting, and occasional climbing.
