Full job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations management, construction, transport, heavy equipment, or related industries.
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory position with responsibility for daily operations and manpower.
• Strong knowledge of construction and transport operations, including heavy equipment, trucks, drivers, operators, and site activities.
• Experience in fleet and equipment management, including maintenance planning, equipment utilization, and breakdown coordination.
• Experience in material delivery planning, logistics coordination, and supplier management.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction and transport practices, site requirements, and operational procedures.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to review and monitor operational costs, productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and project performance.
• Strong ability to prepare, review, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
