Operations Manager (front of house)

Craft Brewery looking for an operations manager to manage its front of house operations.

SKILLS AND PREREQUISITES

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/ executive role in retail or F&B
• At least 2 years of experience in customer facing functions in retail or F&B
• Possess a class 3 / 3A driving license
• Enjoys beers and outdoor events
• Outgoing personality – enjoys chatting and interacting with people
• Meticulous – attention to detail and able to spot minute errors
• Organized – able to plan and execute procedures methodically

• Oversee and manage various aspects of the Brewery’s BeerTruck, Tasting Room and External Event operations
• Ensure SOPs are complied with and work with management to improve existing SOPs
• Drive the BeerTrucks to event sites and manage all aspects of the BeerTrucks’ operations
• Manage all aspects of the Tasting Room Operations
• Manage a team of part-time crew
• Train newcomers and ensure that they understand and adhere to SOPs
