Job Summary The position of Operations Manager is vital to the company’s mission and as such requires a high level of commitment and attention to detail. This position assists upper-level management and oversees the operations team to ensure productive workflow within the division and will be responsible for all Field and Warehousing for FSSW – Austin. Essential Job Functions * Oversees the day-to-day operations of Projects and Field Technicians. * Manages customer relationships. * Identify and pursue opportunities within the region. * Responsible for the financial performance of operations. * Responsible for forecasting and budgeting. * Maintain key roles with all builders and suppliers. * Establish and implement best possible practices to be profitable. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Education, and Experience * 5+ years prior experience working as an operations manager or similar role * Experience with forecasting and budgets * Proficient computer skills * Excellent customer service skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Working Conditions * Office, Warehouse, and Field environment, with visits to project sites as required. * May involve exposure to construction environments, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. * Requires flexibility in work hours, including occasional evenings or weekends. Cognitive and Physical Demands * Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Capacity to manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Physical ability to inspect job sites, including walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. *This is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions.
