You’ll be the organiser and connector in the team – making sure people, plant, materials, information and other resources are in the right place at the right time. Mō te tūranga | About the role You’ll be a key point of contact for internal and external customers and stakeholders, resourcing up projects with the right people and gear, helping to create a professional, positive experience for everyone we deal with. Ngā kawenga tūranga | Key responsibilities Reporting to the Contracting Divisional Manager Coordinate day-to-day operations across field staff, plant, materials, information and other assets Support safe delivery of work, following all Fulton Hogan safety, environmental and quality processes Monitor and maintain data and systems, including reporting and analysis Provide technical and operational oversight, with a practical, solutions-focused approach Manage people-related tasks such as timesheets, time management, performance conversations and training requirements Oversee plant and asset utilisation, helping to optimise repairs, maintenance and usage Look for better and safer ways to work, and share ideas with the team Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with Minimum 5 years civil construction experience, ideally in the infrastructure sector Administrative and finance experience, ideally in civil construction or a related field Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and other data/reporting tools Strong organising and planning skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities Technical understanding of civil construction activities Great people skills and strong leadership capabilities He pai te mahi, he pai ngā painga | Good work, good benefits At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
