Established over 10 years ago, this specialist fit out contractor has built an excellent reputation delivering high-quality commercial and residential interior projects across London and the South East. With exciting growth plans to significantly increase turnover over the coming years, they're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead projects, develop the team and become a key part of the company's future.

The Successful Operations Manager Will Have:

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within internal fit out or interiors
• Strong leadership experience managing site teams, subcontractors and commercial performance
• Experience overseeing project finances, and operational delivery
• Commercial fit out, residential fit out experience
• Commutable to the Chelmsford area

The Role Of The Operations Manager Will Include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple internal fit out projects
• Managing project delivery, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
• Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Working closely with Directors to support business growth and operational strategy
• Building strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for repeat business
