How you'll make an impact Based in our XXXXX office, we have a fantastic leadership opportunity for you to join our business as our next Business Operations Manager.� The role will see you providing support and reporting into the XXXX. You will be the leader �on the ground' with decision making authority working closely with the State Manager, team leaders, brokers and broker support teams making up a team of approximately 15 people. You will be responsible for looking after the branch's day to day runnings from an operational perspective and maintaining the wider administrative needs of the team.� More specifically, you will be: � Overseeing strategy development to maximise operational effectiveness � Managing operational metrics including; compliance and quality assurance, client service standards, understanding client retention rates, and leave management (annual, personal and long service leave) � Contributing to annual business planning and budget meetings to ensure performance is met � this will include ownership of the budget and spend to date � Analysing and monitoring sales performance and results and being involved in action planning to achieve targets and growth � Assisting team leaders and senior staff in developing and maximising the teams capability and aiding team succession planning � Developing and maintaining strong relationships with other Branch Operations Managers and other key stakeholders in the business and the wider AJG community � Developing and hold sufficient working knowledge of other roles such as reception, assistant account executive to cover if required About you Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
