TMSG Limited is seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational coordination and provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes initiative, works independently, manages competing priorities and ensures things get done.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will coordinate TMSG's operational systems, administration, workforce processes, facilities, compliance and organisational resources.

• You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining approved policies and procedures, identifying operational risks and ensuring effective follow-up of organisational priorities.
