Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Operations Manager at our Buena Park Fulfillment Center, you will lead one or more critical warehouse functions—whether Inbound (Receive, Stow, Replenishment, Quality) or Fulfillment (Pick, Pack, Ship)—and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations. You’ll be accountable for safety, performance, process compliance, and associate engagement across your area.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for those with a strong foundation in warehouse operations and a passion for leading high-performing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee execution of one or more warehouse functions (Receive, Stow, Replen, Quality, Pick, Pack, Ship) depending on business need.
  • Ensure team compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage productivity, quality, SLA targets, inventory accuracy, and space utilization.
  • Lead and develop a team of associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Create and execute daily shift plans based on volume forecasts and labor availability.
  • Support cross-functional projects, including new merchant onboarding and systems rollouts.
  • Identify inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
