This critical leadership role ensures that millions of Albertans have consistent, secure, and user-friendly access to personal health information through platforms such as MyHealth Records and other key eHealth services.
The Strategic IMT Services Branch is seeking an Operations Manager to provide tactical leadership and oversight of the MyHealth Records program and related consumer-facing eHealth services. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, citizen-centric digital health solutions within Alberta’s healthcare system.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Consumer eHealth, the Operations Manager leads a team of professional and administrative staff and ensures the successful delivery and support of MyHealth Records services, while aligning with legislative requirements such as the Health Information Act and Financial Administration Act.
