Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day vessel operations, voyage planning, and port coordination. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and expertise in managing shipping operations efficiently while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage vessel voyages, including scheduling, routing, and bunker planning.
• Coordinate with port authorities, agents, and cargo stakeholders to ensure smooth port calls.
• Monitor vessel performance, turnaround times, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize delays and costs.
• Work closely with commercial, technical, and crewing departments for seamless operations.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in shipping operations, port coordination, or voyage planning.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, port procedures, and bunker management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vessels and tasks under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
