We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our Guarding & Keyholding Division in London. This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational and client management expertise to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with industry standards.

- REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations management (guarding, keyholding, alarm response, or mobile patrols).
✔ Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and client engagement.
✔ SIA License (essential) and knowledge of ACS and compliance standards (preferred).

✔ EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND REPORT-WRITING SKILLS.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management systems.

You will lead a team of security professionals, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operations Management – Supervise guarding, keyholding, alarm response, mobile patrols, and property security services across London.
• Client Relations – Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract retention and satisfaction.
• Staff Scheduling & Deployment – Manage security personnel schedules, ensuring full coverage and efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all operations adhere to ACS, SIA, and ISO standards.
• Incident & Crisis Management – Respond swiftly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Team Leadership – Lead, train, and motivate security supervisors and officers.
• Equipment & Systems Oversight – Ensure proper maintenance of security equipment and operational systems.
