Hauz Management is a fast-growing short-term rental and Airbnb management company on the Gold Coast. We deliver 5-star guest experiences and high returns for property owners – and we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to join our team.

THE ROLE

This is a hybrid starting position combining management and operations. You’ll be supervising cleaners, maintaining stock and storage, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties are guest-ready. At the beginning, you’ll also clean a small number of properties yourself. As Hauz grows, your role will shift fully into management with higher pay and responsibilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Supervise, hire, and manage cleaners
• Step in for approx. 5 cleans/week if staff unavailable
• Oversee property supplies & company storage
• Inspect properties to maintain 5-star standards
• Report & coordinate maintenance with contractors
• Support excellent guest & owner experience
