We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Operations department in ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the school’s day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to senior management, the ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and ideally, experience in managing school operations within the education sector.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in school operations, education management, or a related field, preferably in a Private Education Institution (PEI).
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant administrative tools.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $4,800.00 - $5,800.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the school, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Lead and supervise the Operations Team, including administrative staff and student support services personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with private education institution (PEI) requirements, and other relevant education policies.
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments to optimize operational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Academic Department to ensure smooth execution of courses, teacher scheduling and course material procurement.
  • Oversee student admissions, enrollment processes, and attendance records management.
  • Oversee logistics for student events, examinations, and school activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for students and parents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
