This great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Care operations manager to join our fast paced, dynamic, and evolving multi-Health & Social Care Connect team in East Sussex. We will be embarking on an ambitious transformation programme to redesign our front door and transform our practice to achieve our goal of improving access to social care services. You will manage a team of Practice Managers, lead quality improvement, and drive innovation across Health and Social Care Connect, including Blue Badges, Access and Safeguarding Hub and will be responsible for the implementation of any transformation initiatives and projects contributing to continuous improvement of services with the support from the Head of Service. You will contribute to some exciting service developments, strategic planning, and ensure services remain person-centred, sustainable, and fit for the future. This role sits at the heart of our efforts to respond to national health and social care changes, your impact will be felt not just today, but for years to come. We are looking for someone who: Brings experience in adult social care social care, ideally in a statutory setting Has a strong record in service management, strategic planning, and leading change Holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g. Social Work, Occupational Therapy) Has a management qualification or is willing to work towards one (fully funded) Believes in working collaboratively, creatively, and always in partnership with residents Please download the Job Description and Person Specification for more information.
