ROLE OVERVIEW:
To support the Account Manager in the effective running of the contract, responsible for statutory inspection compliance, ongoing works, asset register verification and consolidation, contract finances, client relations and administration. Supporting all staff in all Health & Safety aspects, wellbeing and monitoring staff levels of sickness / annual leave, and producing monthly reports for EMCOR and client management.
Evaluate customer requirements and produce proposals including cost and timescales. Monitor the progress of the planned maintenance and statutory inspections to agree costs and time and ensuring all works are completed to the satisfaction of the customer and regulatory authoriesd
