JOB SUMMARY:

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Property Manager, supporting daily operations across all departments. You’ll coordinate team meetings, guide department leads, conduct property walks, and coach staff to reach operational and guest service goals. You’ll also be a strategic partner, helping identify and implement improvements, and serving as a trusted advisor on staffing and projects.
The position offers a starting pay rate of $28.00 per hour, based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of hotel or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Ability to assess and develop team member performance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Professional demeanor and a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support department managers in daily operations
  • Plan and conduct weekly meetings, property walks, and coaching sessions
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead implementation efforts
