OPERATIONS MANAGER – HOLIDAY HOMES (FULL-TIME, ON-SITE)

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,500/month (depending on experience)
Driving license and own car required
Must have a valid UAE visa
We are a fast-growing holiday home company managing boutique properties across Dubai. With several new apartments launching in August, we are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and resourceful Operations Manager to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in holiday homes or serviced apartments (5–30 units ideal)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving attitude
• Full availability for on-site work (no remote)
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• Must hold a valid UAE visa

• Oversee day-to-day operational needs for 10–15 active holiday home units
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, including in-person guest support
• Conduct apartment inspections prior to guest arrivals and after departures
• Coordinate handovers with building security and front desks
• Support opening of new units (setup, inventory, minor logistics)
• Transport small items to/from properties, collect deposits if needed
• Ensure smooth offline operations with attention to quality and guest experience
