What You’ll Do:
As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our community remains safe, welcoming, and supportive. You’ll lead and motivate staff, foster strong resident and family relationships, and promote a culture of teamwork and customer service. This is a leadership position where you’ll guide day-to-day operations, support compliance, and help residents live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
✅ Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
✅ Oversee staffing, training, and ongoing staff development
✅ Participate in marketing, admissions, and customer service planning
✅ Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
✅ Promote programs that enhance resident well-being and independence

✔ Knowledge of assisted living operations and regulatory compliance
✔ Willingness to obtain Assisted Living Executive Director certification (if not already held)
