JOB OVERVIEW

Hope Street Hotel sits in the heart of Liverpool’s Georgian quarter, with spectacular views across the city. Independent and multi award-winning, we have 149 bedrooms, two restaurants (The London Carriage Works with 2 AA Rosettes and a AA Notable Wine List and 1931 for casual dining), a gorgeous spa (awarded Five Bubbles by the Good Spa Guide), and eight conference and events spaces, including a private cinema.
As Liverpool’s original boutique hotel, we opened in 2003, with two major expansions in 2009 and 2019. In 2023 we opened School Lane Hotel (55 rooms) in the heart of Liverpool One.
We are now looking for an Operations Manager to work across both hotels and to provide strategic support to our General Manager. You will be an experienced leader with commercial acumen and guest service focus. Charismatic, driven to succeed and someone who wants the best from and for their teams, you will also be solution-focused, visible and approachable.
