Description

We are a growing business with two homes in Bournemouth and one in Cornwall, and we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team as we expand further. This role will report directly to the Directors and support the operational and administrative aspects of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Knowledge of financial record-keeping
  • Willingness to travel to Bournemouth and Cornwall as required
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience in the care sector

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the recruitment process,
  • Lead various projects, such as IT system changes and rebranding,
  • Manage suppliers by sourcing, negotiating, and overseeing delivery
  • Prepare reports for management as needed,
  • Support Home Managers with logistics, maintenance, budget management, and administration
  • Manage timesheets and payroll processes,
  • Work closely with directors to manage and scale the business.
