  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimise performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve communication.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Take responsibility for maintenance of our warehouse and charity shop buildings
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance
  • Be responsible for Health & Safety across our warehouse and charity shop
