Job Description In the newly created leadership position of Operations Manager, you will drive internal operational alignment across three key parts of the business: warehouse; workshop and logistics operations. On a day-to-day basis you will provide operational and technical leadership within Operations to ensure Accessable delivers on all customer and contractual requirements for goods and services to the highest possible level. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for three Team Leaders and up to 20 indirect reports, bringing your strategic and operation; leadership experience. Whilst the three business units work alongside each along, you will be responsible for aligning teams and processes to meet the operational goals and contractual obligations. Your mantra of ensuring efficiencies; managing compliance and creating excellence in systems and processes, will stand you in good stead in this role. Qualifications We’re looking for a natural leader known for creating high performing teams and developing others to reach their full potential. We’d like to hear from you if you have: A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline Operational leadership experience – an ability to bring people and teams together Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and translate financial and other data A critical thinking style coupled with well-developed problem solving skills A relentless commitment to safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement Solid financial, IT and commercial acumen Previous experience in logistics/fleet management and route planning is an advantage Additional Information This role is part of the Senior Leadership Group contributing to strategic initiatives and driving service excellence.
