Job Description In the newly created leadership position of Operations Manager, you will drive internal operational alignment across three key parts of the business: warehouse; workshop and logistics operations. On a day-to-day basis you will provide operational and technical leadership within Operations to ensure Accessable delivers on all customer and contractual requirements for goods and services to the highest possible level. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for three Team Leaders and up to 20 indirect reports, bringing your strategic and operation; leadership experience. Whilst the three business units work alongside each along, you will be responsible for aligning teams and processes to meet the operational goals and contractual obligations. Your mantra of ensuring efficiencies; managing compliance and creating excellence in systems and processes, will stand you in good stead in this role.
